I'm not receiving any emails from FAKKU.

If you're not receiving or can't find emails from us please follow these steps:

Make sure you're checking the correct email address. Check your Email & Password Settings to see which email is registered to your account.

Check your spam/junk folder. To set up filters for the most common providers, see the following information:
Gmail Outlook Yahoo!

Search your inbox for emails from us. We recommend adding the emails we usually contact you from to your contact list and waiting at least an hour before requesting another email.
Emails we will contact you from:

@fakku.net
@store.fakku.net

Try to avoid using the following email accounts:
University
College
School
Work
Temporary

Some institutions have strict spam filters in place that can prevent FAKKU emails from reaching you properly. In these instances, you should contact the relevant department to query your email settings or refrain from using email addresses of this type.

It is likely that if you lose access to the email account, you will be unable to utilize any features associated with registered emails.
