My order has been processing over a week

I made an order over a week ago and it’s still processing. I was wondering if it’s possible this is due to a book I got that said it was a pre-order even though its past the date it was set to release.

Not quite a week on mine yet, but same situation as well with "Pre-order December 2022".
Post probably would be better suited and noticed by staff in Feedback, Suggestions, and Support, though.
