Anime In Other Anime

Well I was reading The World Only God Knows 54, and they were doing a band thing that I thought sounded a lot like K-on and then this page.



In the reference to K-on you can even tell who’s who!

After seeing this I went into one of those oh snap moments, and thought what are some other series crossovers?

Nice find, but I don't know any atm so I could probably do some searching later when I have the time.

A lot of Anime do this, or something like this.

In Lucky Star, Konata loves Haruhi Suzumiya (the Anime,) and she has a ringtone of Hare Hare Yukai. She also reads the "Shuffle!" manga and Code Geass.



(Fanart, but she actually wears that in an episode. Can't be assed to find a screenshot right now.)

Kite and Mezzo Forte had characters cameo in each other. Although, it was just a simple walk by.

In Nogizaka Haruka, she is obsessed with Shana if i remember.

In Comic Party there are a lot of scene where the To Heart was featured(merchandise,cosplay and on the first episode where kazuki dreamed about it)

in Comic Party Revolution its To Heart 2

Hayate no Gotoku. Basically 30% of the anime (or more) is parodies and references.

If cameos are what you're looking for, you must/should be searching for CLAMP works. xxxHOLiC & Tsubasa Chronicle would be the perfect example, not to mention that their stories are intertwined with one another. Just to mention Cardcaptor Sakura, and M.K.Rayearth(no real relation, simply a reference to "Mokona")- I'm sure there's no need to elaborate for the avid manga followers... I might also add X (one of my all time anime favorites), though its manga has long been on hiatus for various reasons; and Tokyo Babylon as well, though neither have I read and seen it.

If parodies are what we're talking about, you haven't seen anything yet if you haven't seen GINTAMA. I just watched episode 113 yesterday and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind has been added to the countless list of victims they've had. :lol: From any anime/manga series, to video games, to movies, to live-action dramas, you name it: Dragon Ball, Bleach, One Piece, Gundam, Death Note, Naruto, Prince of Tennis, Cat's Eye, Lupin III, Jacky Chan, Kamen Rider, Dragon Quest, etc, etc, and ton loads of more (I can't possibly remember them all can I)... To see is to BELIEVE!


And that's only just a few...

Well... true. Many animes do show crossovers. But it's a good way for cross-promotions and good-natured way of kinship with other anime shows.

Hayate no Gotoku has a lot of these. Though there are way to many for me to name them all.

This is the most fucking epic thing I have seen in a while!



Hmmm maybe I will watch Gintama now.

There's Genshiken, kind of obvious though.

Seen Shinichi Kudo of Detective Conan and Luffy of One Piece (not sure) in the anime Inu Yasha. ^^
