Harumi Kazuhito, a student who loves reading, perhaps to the extent of being obsessed, was unfortunately killed in a robbery. However, due to unexplained circumstances, he was magically revived as a dog in a pet shop, eventually finding himself under the ownership of Natsuno Kirihime, the female protagonist and popular author.
In my opinion, this is a refreshing premise, whereby a dog who was previously a human, living and interacting with plenty of female characters.
I am definitely expecting some ecchi fanservice and lots of laughter from "Inu to Hasami wa Tsukaiyou".

Not forgetting a link to the official anime website:

well, the first episode definitely piqued my interest
just one thing that bothered me:
Spoiler:
the scene with the shotgun shot to the head seemed pretty weak.
well that, and also incorrect.
perhaps a more gore version in the bd's but i doubt it
love the ed sequence
Just pretend that it was .22 rifle instead.
A very bulky one with a pump-action for some retarded reason, but whatever. Given that the main character wasn't even given a face whilst human, I'm assuming that everything pre-dog wasn't very important.
I'm assuming that everything pre-dog wasn't very important.
With the privilege to look up skirts and dive into the mountain region and exploring the unknown jungle while being called playful and adorable, I don't really think his pre-dog life would matter. But then again, he might not get that.
The main character is a pleb for not liking flat chests.
This. His statement about text only was funny. 1D > 2D > 3D.
The first episode was bland. His human life and death were made irrelevant. Kirihime was the only reason I watched until the end and she hasn't piqued my interest.
This anime is sure loads of WAT. That case Madoka was wearing was actually holding her kitchen utensil and has a voice like a Nanoha-style magical device. Except it's a double-bladed chainsaw... and a cannon... whose shots can be blocked and cut in half by a pair of scissors! This series just can't find its happy medium between seriousness and comedy can it?
