So I heard the fate series is really good and like to watch it could someone specify the order of series including all series ova and the movies,also I noticed that unlimited Blade works is both a series and a movie,is it the same or is it different?

If you have any interest in playing the visual novel, do that first. If not, watch:
Studio DEEN's Fate/Stay Night series (2006) then studio Ufotable's Fate/Zero then the on-going Unlimited Blade Works series by the same studio (2014-2015). Ignore Unlimited Blade Works movie since the series does it 100 times better.
