Lol you guys have poor deduction and comprehension skills.
I appreciate by buying figures, posters and stuff that turn me to a real big nerd. I sometimes reminisce in some of my favorite scenes and I might even replay them. Oh yeah, for Clannad I found that Coalgirls had some crazy HD sub so I DL'ed for like 3 months. Friggin' slow torrents.

and if I really like the anime, I search, if the anime was based from an eroge/light novel/manga, for example I saw Zero no Tsukaima and OreImo , and now I am reading the Light Novels. If I really liked something, I always want to read "from were" it was based.
And I try to collect all I can, with my low budget.

No no no, I did understand what he was talking about. He said he found that Clannad video funny and so he fucking installed and played the novel just to see that scene again (for whatever reason). It's also worth noting that he did not find that scene.
Stupidity aside, it has nothing to do with how much you appreciate an anime. It is just retarded. But what really doesn't make sense is the ending/topic question
