Hey fellow Fakku fappers! ;) Just wanted to let you all in on an awesome manga that I just found. Its called Addicted To Curry its been around for a while and its rather funny and its got a pretty good story line. If you've read it already you know what i'm talking about.

I forgot where i stopped reading this at. I think I'm all caught up. Has anyone ever tried the recipes?

I have tried 1 recipe. They work quite well but then again I already know how to make curry. :p Just make sure you have ALL the RIGHT ingredients and you should be fine. Never know till you try. ;)

Yeah, same here. Tried one and it was decent. I'm used to Thai curry though.

but if you were to compare this to Yakitate! Japan, which is better and how is it better?

From what I remember from both series, ATC has a characters that are a bit more real. There's no "solar hands" or special powers that I can remember.


ATC is about a guy looking for a curry chef. He ends up at his restraunt to find out that he is away. His daughter has been running the shop. It's not doing so well though. He ends up lending a hand by becoming the resident chef there, bringing in more customers with his curry.

There are curry battles, he explains how and why he wins or what the other chef did wrong.

There might be a romance between the main character and the daughter later on.

I hope that they come out with more volumes!

I like the traditional Indian Currys over other cultures.

how many "he" are you referring to?

i assume that one "he" is the father and owner of a curry restaurant and the other "he" is the protagonist @_@
