I'll agree that there was some good action in this, for like 5-6 pages, other than that nothing happened. Ulquiorra's release isn't really doing anything for me.

And wtf with cero oscuras? That came out of nowhere, just like Grimmjow's gran rey cero. It feels like their just pulling moves out of their ass.
