As far as I know, this has nothing to do with the Movie of the same title. Chocolat is, at its essence, a romantic comedy, although there is definitely some action in here as well.
[color=blue]Ichigo is a Yakuza who just got out of jail from a 5 year prison sentence, but when he goes home to rejoin his boss, he finds that the old man has quit being a Yakuza and opened a cake shop instead. To top things off, the daughter of his dead wife suddenly invades and declares that she now lives here as well. Having to live with a family of Yakuza who are trying very hard to adjust to regular life while still trying to attend school and deal with her own feelings seems to be quite a challenge![/color]
This manga is alot of fun, there's plenty of comedy and the plot gets pretty interesting. Also a decent amount of combat a bit further in, so there is something for everyone. Check it out, it's good stuff.
