Chrono Crusade.

I just finished this, and I thought it was good. It brought me to tears, especially in the end. :cry:

Actually - I'm currently watching this and it has it's ups and downs for me...

I's it worth continuing ? I'm currently at ep 9 and hope it will stick with the serious mood it recently gained and stop shuffling different genres.

The nun-like female character has an uncanny resemblance to Bridget from Guilty Gear. It is this particular point which made me take note of Chrono Crusade, though I never got around to watching it.

Yea I actually thought the same thing first time, thus I waited a lit bit longer before watching it, ultimately I got around to watching it(presence of a loli did help) and by the time I got to the end I didn't regret it, although I don't really like when a series that has some religious background starts pushing the envelope towards the end just a little to where I could possibly lose interest, [size=8](thank goodness Hellsing nvr went to far with that)[/h] all and all, I'd say it's good.

Yeah the anime version is utter crap. Stupid bitch sprays her blood to kill demons, retarded. And also carries wounds of jesus christ. The manga provides more detail and action compared to the anime. The ending isn't the same i believe. I think there is a slight difference with the last scene. Anyways all I know is that the manga is not a sob sob pathos BS in the end. Everybody does not just die. The ending is actually a happy ending not a friggin sad ending like in the anime. Did I mention the anime did a crappy job in trying to make it a sad ending.

Trust me on this. The manga doesn't disappoint. It is good. And you will probably like the ending, unless you just like random BS sad ending that is nothing but pessimistic.

Just read the manga only, don't watch anime. Watch anime only after reading the manga jsut so you know how f*cked up it is.

No the anime is f*cken bad. Since you know of the manga's perfection I'll just tell you that the people f*cked up the ending so bad. They screwed everything up starting from like before halfway. They try to make the anime seem so sad with no hope whatsoever by the end.

I agree with that, the anime ver. is kind of messed up than the manga ver. but the manga ending is little sad too for me...

Yes, manga>anime. I stopped watching the anime after 2 episodes.

And i love the manga's ending better,too.
