Digital Manga's Kimagure Orange Road Kickstarter

So Digital Manga has a new Kickstarter Project.
I'm not sure if I should participate or save my money to pledge more for Kodomo no Jikan (which will definitely get my money)...

Wouldn't this also be released to the public?

The kickstarter says their doing a limited printing only whats ordered threw kickstarter
