Because you misspelled the word twice, I have the feeling you are trying to screw with us...
But, I'm just going to think the best of you on this one. Yes, they do remake some anime. My opinion on why is simple, they either want to bring back anime that they believe are good and will sell well (given a fresh coat of paint), or they want to bring back old anime and alter it so it appeals to today's fans. Appleseed would be an example of either of these.
