I do not know the greatest anime, i guess this would mean Double J is a recommended anime to watch?

Its just a silly miniseries based on a manga by the comedy god behind Cromartie High. It silly but it makes me laugh. A lot.
Its almost like Azumanga Daioh with cheap animation

I absolutely love the concept of using real images to represent backgrounds.

Also, Best ED.
