So after all that excitement it just ended off killing everyone off

I get the feeling that this isn't the "end." Although things have certainly taken a turn for the worse... after the last chapter I was raging about Mustang going blind, but it looks like there are even bigger issues than that now.

Teh dreaded "BAD END" flag!

But this plot progression is better than Ed, Al, Hehenheim suddenly getting new powers and beating the shit out of 'Father'.
FMA actually has a much better plot than most shonen mangas. The power scaling, plot shields are at a very credible level.

After reading tons of miracles in various mangas, a bad end will be a breath of fresh air imo.

Well i think it's safe to say, the protagonists' epic plan failed

and how come no one bother to ruin the transmutation circle

i wonder why the sacrifices aren't dead...

Hmmmm I got 2 theories.
1. The Isblans are up to something...maybe something about the circle. Like maybe they edited it somehow.
2. The reason why the sacrifices aren't dead is maybe he took away their alchemy.

If Winry died, I'm seriously going to RRRRRRRAGEEEEEEEE. She better be alive.


Doesn't the new guy made out of Father/Pride/whoever look like Al's old body?

i don't think so...father looks more like a teenage hohenheim/mr hoho...8)...check out chapter 74 and 75...8)

My theory is, they were too close to the center of the circle.

Or perhaps father never meant to kill them. Only 'use' them.

I'm pretty certain we'll get a good ending, they'll figure out how to put everthing right in the end, just we can't see that just yet.

Any thoughts when the manga will end. I asked my friend and he thinks it will be 2-3 years while I say this year

i have to say the FMA anime ending was pretty good, so manga better not disappoint me

It's hard for me to say. I've never read a monthly series as it was being released before.

I think there can't be any more than twenty chapters left, at the very maximum. Probably a lot less. I do think it'll end this year, really.
