God, One Piece 311-312 made me bawl so much

I just finished watching 311-312 from One Piece and I'm still bawling. Has anyone seen this episode and did it make you cry too. I won't spoil the episode for those who have yet to get to it but its the episodes that are directly after the Enies Lobby arc. Ive seen the same episode 2 times before and I still bawl whenever I see it (This is my 3rd time thru watching the series from the beginning) Episodes like these are what really make an anime great.

What was it about again?

Honestly man, my description wouldn't do it justice. It would be a lot better for you to watch it yourself. If you have watched one piece in any capacity beyond the first season you will cry at these two episodes. That and I don't want to spoil the episode for others who have yet to get as far as the Enies Lobby arc.

Lets just say its the first time I've even come close to tearing up over an inanimate object :lol:

Though I will say that while I think O-P is head and shoulders better, Naruto is better at making me get teary eyed... dang Obito, Ero-Sage, and Asuma.

But O-P has much more Epic moments, namely the battle vs the spring guy and when Luffy punches the Royal prince guy :twisted:

Yep! The two EPIC PAWNCH!! There are also funnier ones in later episodes like the Zombie ones.

When they burn the boat and replay all the crazyness it went through... pretty intense after all Eneis Lobby put you through

now that I think about it, his new(ish) Jet Bazooka makes for some pretty epic punch outs... though still not as satisfying as some of the normal ones ;)

Oh Quality wise O-P kicks Bleach and Naruto's ass. I have just been more teary eyed with Naruto than the other two... Though I will agree that O-P does have sic back stories and I'm probably forgetting some tear-jerkers Oh now that I talk about the time when Brook is playing the Cap't Blink's Sake (?) song at the end of Thriller bark was so very much so a tear jerker, ok now they are kinda coming back, along with Robin, you got Nami's mom, Zoro's friend, The goodbye to the princess, Ok I see your point :lol:

Though on flash backs I think maybe Bleach's Pendulum and Naruto's Kakashi arcs might just win but just barely :?

There's a great AMV about the Water 7/Enies Lobby arc, specifically Usopp and Luffy's relationship through it due to what's happening to Merry.

I am sad. They didn't animate Kakashi's Background Story... or did they? I've stopped watching Naruto after the first episode of Naruto: Shippuuden, so I don't really know.

Yea they did, just a few months ago, you can catch it on Hulu, was pretty good
