Good Life, Great Good year (Anime Festival Asia 2009)

AFA09, What more can importance this event contributes to me than to say it constructs 3/4 of my spine ( remaining 1/4 for my dear waifus , all 5 of em! :D )

2 days of paradise for any anime loving human. I'll be talking about the 2 days i've spent at one of Asia's biggest anime events.
( Oh. Just to note, i'm well aware that i'm posting at the wrong section but i'm doing this solely for the masses to read/see. It's pretty unfair that fakku-ers aren't aware of such an awesome event! D: )
Day 1
The day started out terrible. After sending the night whoring with
Mifuyu (Tayutama), I pretty much found myself in worst state ever when the alarm struck at a merciless 4.45AM.
My pal, Nooby2, with no exception was pretty much as active as vampire in day. (I had a stayover because he lived nearer to the location... WE'RE STRAIGHT.)
*skips to main detail... is too lazy to type D: *
9am! Finally! after hours of waiting, the doors to heaven has opened!
Hundreds gathered before the entry, in a "organized" fashion (for obvious reasons)
Our group took a pic togather which will be remembered for years to come.
Teh "kun" gang (why must i be the photographer? D: )
AFA didn't disspointed, with the "kun" gang being mostly Mech fans, the gallery of perfect grade gundams was a instant must to go. Here are some snapshots for all mech fans to enjoy. *stares at mr.bushido.*
There were many more, but i merely took pictures that i could related to or those that just stand out too much. :D
Speaking of standing out...

We heading off towards a nameless, small figurine shop next when suddenly...
*new type reaction!* (gundam related joke)

Praise the god of HAREM, Rance.
A few of us also spotted their loot, which most of us proceeded to spent their hard saved money (after weeks of unlimited Breado works)

Figurines - Nanjo ran (sengoku rance) Hayate Yagami (nanoha),Ryougi Shki(kara no kyoukai), Uesugi Kenshin (sengoku rance, MAI WAIFU) and Oda Kouhime(sengoku rance)
2 of my buds were eyeing on the same figurine that i bought. Thanks to the blessing of the Harem god, the boss promised to bring the remain 3 stocks ( how lucky!!!) the next day. :D
Anyone noticed the "moe" word behind? Will be posted at day 2!
Our next destination, after bidding farewell to pedobear our "Shibata Katsuie" , was "Otacool" , a stall which Danny choo set up. A MUST GO for me.

His booth was a gallery of figurines, another paradise. MOAR photos (not all D: )
Of course , who'd let the chance go when the Danny Choo appear in FLESH?!
Little ol' me took a picture with him. Ahhhh... bliss.
and so did mah buddies...
Happy defines me. We vetured the little booths that we missed. With me taking random pictures on the way as we wanted killed as much time as we wanted for the coming "Danny choo talk" which we have 2 hours plenty, in the end, we concluded for a early lunch as the best meathod. Mac Dees.... yum. :D
We had our seats early, around 30-40 mins early.
The danny choo talk was yet another blast. ( yes,we missed a couple of main events, none of us wanted to go. D: View the webste for what we missed )
We were first greeted with a video, The dance trooper dance, in Singapore! :D
And a Dance trooper dance in person! And of course, the main event, a talk by Danny Choo about his life etc.
That basically concluded day 1 for us! We'd love to attend the concert but our wallets forbided it. With more plans for more goodies to be bought we bid farewell to AFA09 day 1. Stay tune for day 2!
(lastly, Pardon the bad english and the Acguy. I was never priased for my english. :p)
