iv watch magical girl lyrical nanoha A......man!!.....their high tech weapons were the best.....i wish there would be an anime that combines this high tech weapons with naruto fight scenes... i think it will be the best

S-CrY-ed had crazy weapons that fuses to humans due to an incident on an island that opened up a portal to another dimension, which gave the humans living on that island crazy nano powers. The fight scenes were ridiculous, but great all the same. Kick-ass anime, one of my all time favorites.

If we're talking about high-tech weapons in general, then the Colony Laser from Mobile Suit Gundam must be mentioned.
A colony houses millions of people. Imagine one being evacuated and turned into a gigantic laser. Badass.
