How many different anime series do you watch per season?

I don't know about you but I probably start with 7 or 8 different anime then after the 3rd episode ive gone down to 4 or 5.

So i was wondering how many other people watch per season.

I usually go with about 3-4 from the start, but usually ends up watching only one or two. This season is an exception though as I'm watching 4 this time around.

I start with around 5-8 but I end up watching 3-5 at the middle...because sometimes you just get too attached on the other one making the other one boring...or sometimes you dont have time to watch the other one because you cant stop watching the other one....XD

It depends. I usually don't care to watch an anime series/season as it is airing. I hate waiting for weekly episodes. Usually thought if I'm watching two or three series at once, I often end up putting one on hold, or dropping it all together.

Usually between 4-6 sometimes more. I usually pick the ones I know I won't drop. So I don't have to later make the decision to drop it.

25 (-7 for waiting OVAs) so, 12 is my standard.

I usually watch one or two. I also don't like waiting weekly, although the anticipation makes show better...or worse, depending on the show. There's just too many animes that it looks overwhelming, just like Ever17.

Nice!! I don't count OVA, stuff released monthly (or longer basis), or lingering extra episodes, but I noticed with this season and past seasons my average number is higher, I though it was 4-6, but it actually like 7-9 after looking at what I've been watching past few years. This season particular is actually at 9 (series)

Just like Unsigned, I watch one or two. Anime of Ever17?

He means that Ever17 has lots of routes, and all of them veeeeeeeeeery long. I remember finishing my first route, then looking at all the other locked endings and thinking that there were so many. I did 3 endings and got bored of it and dropped the game.

I used to watch 7+ for a few years, now I don't even keep up with today's anime, as it brings tears to my eyes. I've only been following K-ON!!
Hopefully I'll try some more when I have more free time.

More than this will confuse me as hell as it did it with me in the past when I was a beginner anime-fan. If there's a new series I usually wait untyl they release the whole, or most of the series, I hate to wait.

Where's the "none" option?

I usually watch Anime in batches. I wait before a season is finished, then watch it all over the course of a week.

That is, if I ever watch any current anime. I'm usually too busy caching up with old series if I ever watch anime at all.

Depends on what interests me. Usually I start off with 4-5 then go down to 1-3 as I lose interest in the others.

I'm surprised at the number of people saying none and that hey wait for it to be finished. If i did that i would forget what i wanted to watch in the first place.

I don't really watch anime that much so I'm just watching 2-3 anime per season.
