Damn, and they had so much material to further the story.
The ending was pretty mild, they had so much more story to work on they practically gave away a setting for a sequel! I mean, school uniforms? "Gee, it seems I have nothing else to expand on."
It's kind of strange. It was rather pointless to have him worry about the dogs, only to be able to solve that problem a mere year later. And after the timeskip, everything seemed back to normal. But yet, I wasn't disappointed by it at all. Really, the only thing left "open" in the ending is whether or not Elga "loves" Yuichiro or if she likes him in that master and dog sort of way.
