Naruto Shippuden In America?!?!

Well I don't watch it, I do love the manga though, how its finally into Akatsuki and that. =]

That ship has already set sail. It's hulu has official subs thats released accordingly with japan's. There's been trailers of the dub since late last year.

Yeah, i think they said it be out this fall (i think they have a last story arc with naruto helping out gara and the sand village), or next spring.
I think what they mean is they are going to do the last bit of naruto, then have the shippuden in the spring. I swear teens today will be watching the series with their own kids by the time naruto is over

I like shippuden cause it's not dubbed. Now even that's gonna get ruined >_>

The high budget episodes, there's like three of 'em, the rest suck.

for most of us who can't understand japanese really needs that..

1. Naruto Shippuuden is in America, in a way. Funimation has been releasing episodes online for quite a while. That's why Dattebayo stopped subbing the show.

2. Just because a show is dubbed, that does not mean that you cannot watch it subbed. There are a ton of fansubs out there, and I'm sure the DVDs (when they are released) will offer dubs as well as subs.

3. Naruto seems to have definitely lost some of its popularity in America, but the manga still sells extremely well (the last time I checked). Also, the manga in America is so far ahead that it covers the stuff that appears in the Shippuuden anime. So, in a sense, Shippuuden is easily available in America, in manga form.

Yeah but because this is the anime section, I think he cares about the anime shippuden. You know... the naruto cartoon with 75% filler? But I did not think you could find it dubbed... Hulu.com has every current subbed shippuden though, the subbs are done by Viz.

Well from where I left off on the dubbed episodes of Naruto they do a pretty good job, so I guess I'm ok if Naruto comes to America and gets dubbed. But for most anime I'd probably just stick with them being in japanese with english subs.

The dub is good, I agree. But I just really wish that they did something else with that "Believe it" Stuff

Didn't the dub stop that before the Chunnin arc?

It's been a while so I can't really remember but it went into filler episodes that's kind of where I missed a bunch so I just stopped watching entirely until I could figure out where I left off. So I think it did go beyond the Chuunin arc.

I really dislike the dub, it makes my ears bleed :P

English dub sounds terrible compared to originals, but it is still somehow acceptable.
But believe me, czech anime dub sucks way harder than this.

BTW... Shouldn't this be in General?
