Naruto vs. Naruto / Manga vs. Anime

If by better then you mean less filler and more actual plot developement then yes.

When the anime first came out I started watching it, and I have to say that for a couple of seasons I really enjoyed it. I only got into the manga a while after that. Usually I always prefer manga over anime, but over the years, the quality of the manga has degraded somewhat. The animation seems hastily done and rushed at times, making it a bit hard to look at. Ultimately, I prefer watching it to reading it, but I stopped doing either some time ago. Every once in a while, I'll check the new chapter to see what Rock Lee is up to.

Well I can say that the mangas much better but since naruto sucks now (due to the most recent chapter in the mange) why would you want to read it?

Read the manga its alot better, I just kind of gave up on the anime since I was falling behind on the episodes and also I wanted to stick with the storyline rather than all these side stories in the anime.

Part.1 of the Naruto anime is awesome, Shippuden on the otherhand is horseshit most of the time, so for that i reommend the manga.

There's a few high budget fighting episodes in Shippuden that needs to be watched though.

1rst: yeah i too hate the anime, well kinda since i started to hate it a little too late Shippuden 93 lol but anys i hate it now.

2nd: Yes! i believe the mangas way better than the animation but dont take it upon my opinion instead you should read/watch the manga and find out for your self whether is to your liking or not but i can almost guaranteed it will. :)

Manga is better in my opinion because no filler = win

The manga is a lot better since there are no fillers though i did like the anime but once that one year of fillers happen it just killed it for me

The anime died for me about the point where they had a fucking YEAR OF NONSTOP FILLER.

Manga's much better overall though. Plus you get to see Kakashi's "origin story", which is a plus.

Prefer the manga as well.
The anime had too much fillers and seriously it'll need some time till the anime catches up with the manga...
