MAR would be similar to Naruto or Bleach or One Piece. The blond kid with the hammer is a bit of a dork who has fantasies about another world basically and then finds himself there. Once there he is stronger and he gets that hammer "arm" he is holding in the image. It's a special weapon, there are bad guys, there are friends, they have a tournament, that sort of stuff.
It's licensed and has aired on Cartoon Network even though it was a brief run. I'm not sure if its a completed series or if its still in production, theres probably a wikipedia entry on it.
