Nichijou (日常 NichijÅ?) is a Japanese comedy manga by Keiichi Arawi. The manga began serialization in the December 2006 issue of Kadokawa Shoten's manga magazine ShÅnen Ace, and was also serialized in Comptiq between the March 2007 and July 2008 issues. An anime adaptation by Kyoto Animation has been announced. A PlayStation Portable game is in development.
An anime television series will be produced by Kyoto Animation and directed by Tatsuya Ishihara.[1] An original video animation episode, titled "Nichijou Episode 0", will ship with the sixth manga volume in January 2011.

Hmm... I thought this was a full season. I don't know if I would be excited for it though - the art work in the manga is rather plain. Also, from what I've read, the manga feels like a School rumble that isn't as funny so it needs to rely on "moe" factor.
I'll keep my eye on it though, hopefully it looks better the closer it gets to us.

Yeah, I thought that it was going to be a full season as well. Maybe they are going to be testing the waters first, so to speak, and see if this will catch anyone's attention?
Anyways, I'll be checking it out.
