So Dragon is from Goa Kingdom... The question now is whether Dragon is of noble blood cause that would mean that Luffy is of noble blood too. Still, I am inclined to believe otherwise because Dragon said that he still lacked the power to change Goa Kingdom, which possibly translates to his life in Goa Kingdom as a commoner.
Wish they would go back to the real story because I miss seeing Hancock. But I good flashback nonetheless.

I was starting to find the flashback a little boring, but when I saw that cloaked figure I just knew it was Dragon, now I'm loving this flashback, things just got very exciting!

Not so sure about that.. He could be a noble too but not a very influencial one that could change the Goa Kingdom.
Honestly I believe that people who carry a "D" in their name are from some royal bloodline in the Ancient Kingdom during the blank century. It's a wild guess but whatever..
