One piece every 2 weeks?

I'm not sure if this is just a rumor but, is the one piece manga only being released once every two weeks now? Is this a sign that we are getting to the end or is Oda just lazy? I thought that we are only halfway through at the start of the new world but I'm not sure. Could someone please clarify for me?

Alright I'm sorry I know. I was just frustrated becuase I had just recently heard this news before I posted this. I just wanted a straight up answer. I've been following One Piece for a very long time and was just surprised at this news. I respect Oda a great deal and I take back what I said.
