Question for Fairy Tail fans

I'm looking to consult someone who's familiar with the Fairy Tail series-more specifically the topic of Dragon Slayer magic.
I'm working on an Alternate Universe version of Ren from Kaze no Stigma. In this he begins traveling where he learns Doujutsu, Kido (mostly cited from Bleach) and Ofuda-based magic.
To top this off, I'd like him to learn the use of Dragon Slayer magic, but I'm not having trouble deciding on which element. I'm caught between Flame, Wind and Holy element-Being a flame magic user from the start, the flame techniques would be better suited, especially story-wise as I wanted him to learn from Natsu.
However, I also had the idea of expanding his elemental repertoire. Holy magic is especially of interest considering Ren's back ground as an exorcist.
I'm writing this to get some other opinions and see what actual fans of the series think.
