Last season, we had "Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin"; this season, we have "Rokujouma no Shinryakusha"!
Upon entering high school, our male protagonist, Satomi Koutarou, is forced to live by himself. In order to lift the financial burden on his father, Koutarou spots an apartment with a monthly rent of only 5000 yen... which leads to his encounter with some unusual roommates and neighbours - a ghost, a magical girl, an underground dweller and an alien. On the bright side, they are all moe female characters!
