Salior Moon Crystal (Reboot)

Has anyone seen the new Sailor Moon Crystal reboot.. I remember hearing about it Mid 2014 but I haven't seen anything about it on the Normal (Legal) sites I figured a Reboot of one if the top 10 Anime of all time would at least be on my Roku box or Gtv but no .. nothing ... has anyone seen any of the Episodes yet and if so have they been done in dubbed and English? (given the choice i would prefer English subtitles) also are they even worth hunting down. my Niece loves Anime as much as me and i think this is one we could watch together.
