Should they make more remakes of animes or redos same thing.

Some examples are evangelion full metal alchemist and so on. I think its kinda cool to see some of the animes i grew up with more modern style of animation but thats just my opinion.

No, I don't think they should do remakes of anime, so I have gone for the "No whats been done should stay that way" option because I generally don't like remakes of anything.

However, one anime I can think of that should be altered is Claymore:

Remakes if done the right way it will be good. Much like Nolan's Batman over the 2 Batman movies of Joel.

Only for animes that were given an original endings because the manga wasn't finished yet.

If they want to make more of the anime thats good. But don't redo the same one. However if like Kaimax said they had not finished the manga and decided to make an original ending then lots of people will want the anime to follow the manga. At that point in time It would be seen as acceptable to remake it. For example I am glad that they decided to make Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. I always found the manga story better then the original anime.

There is already an evangelion remake. I really want Negima to be remade considering how crappy the previous anime adaptions are. I'll even be fine if the studios that anime Naruto and those other shiz because it's still better than Shaft and those crappy studios that made the anime.

I want to see a remake of the First Mobile Suit Gundam using the same graphics and animation used on Unicorn Gundam.

Meh I have none in mind that would be remade, I do support old shows being remastered for modern HD looks, not really changing the animation but converting it to HD is always nice imo.

This. Some animes get the hurried, half-baked or made-up endings because the source light novel or manga wasn't done yet. Like Fruits Basket, Claymore, Kare Kano, the list goes on and on. And as a fan, I'd like to see the intended ending on its anime adaptation.

As well as anime series that can benefit from the advanced technology in anime-making today. No changes in storyline, but with a much sharper look, a more polished feel and better animation.

... but I get the feeling the anime studios would go for the "alternate universe" remakes. Just my guess.

they need to alter mahou sensei negima again, make it closer related to the manga. they should also redo motto to love ru, instead of using random manga chapters it should have the chapters appear in order.

I wholly am up for this, I for one want to see the proper ending for Elfen Lied animated, or a proper continuation for Gantz, but considering the violence, sex and mature story level both mangas had when the animes were around before they got content heavy, that's not ever going to happen. At least FMA: Brotherhood had followed and ended the way the manga did.

I also would like a remake of Negima that will follow what they did with FMA: Brotherhood. Stick to the original source and done with it. At least they have the ending for Negima ready.

I feel like they'll do the same thing Americans do.
