Uzumaki is a really weird manga, the art's awesome though and the concept is pretty good...a definite read

Recently, I found out a bit about Manyuu Hikenchou. Pretty sick in its own right, really.

The artist of Mai-chan and Death panda is really...unique. But all guro-ero is sick to me.

also uzumaki is less disturbing than other things by the same author.

he also wrote a series called Gyo that was about mutant leg machines that attach to your body and force it(your body) to produce gas till you bloat like a balloon and rot away.

Hey, I remember that. Good old Mai-chan, chapter ten if I'm not mistaken. Pretty tame if you ask me though. There are soo many worse things out there, like what's mentioned above.

I have to say sickest might be Modern stories of bizarre, but most boring and most disgusting thing i've ever read would be hell season.

Besides all the guro manga like Mai-chan and Cement Girl. The sickest one is probably Tokyo Akazukin. It is tamer then Mai-chan but I just don't like the content or concept, it feels like nothing but smut and violence.

... O_O, I can never unsee what I just saw... moving on.

Higurashi is pretty bloody as well but is awesome and one of my favourite series.
