Spice and Wolf

I just finished watching the 2nd season of Spice and Wolf and I've gotta say it's become one of my all-time favourite animes!!! I mean seriously, the story is original and has a different focus point than most fantasy animes, the characters' depth and feelings are VERY WELL done and illustrated and the animation itself is awsome... it simply made it into my Top 3 anime, on 2nd place and I'd even go as far as saying it is comparable to Clannad, which of course is No.1 ^_^

It has only 1 letdown... the ending of season 2 was SUCH A GODDAMN CLIFFHANGER!!! I mean I enjoyed the anime SO FUCKING MUCH, all the wise-cracking and teasing between Lawrence and Horo as well as their love for each other, and it'd be lame to have it end with, again, SUCH a cliffhanger...

So I ask you guys, does anyone know if there will be a Season 3, 4 and so on... ? I know the novels are still ongoing and so far each season has consisted of 2 volumes and I read somewhere that there are currently 9 volumes released. So, logically there will be more seasons, but I have yet to see any official news.


Last, but not least, I'd like to ask the people who've seen it to tell me what they think about this AWSOME series.

There will be 3rd season, thats obvius, (maybe arround the autumn, or winter) just stay calm, and wait as any good Spice and Wolf fans do (me too :D)

I doubt that there will be a third season. It ended awhile ago. That's the problem with anime based off of light novels. If you want to continue enjoying the world of that series then you need to know Japanese. Like with Toaru Majutsu no Index or Railgun and Full Metal Panic. I really want to know more but the only thing that is continuing is the light novels. Sometimes the manga will continue, though.

Index was shit... But Railgun was suprisingly good!
