Another awesome episode. Although this one really made me question the fact that the girls never wear pants.
But then again.. why complain?
I like how they are starting tell the story of each witch, I just hope the overall plot picks up. Then again this is a fan service show in its best form, so we probably shouldn't expect much.

I am really enjoying the 1-by-1 character introductions. Althought it i'm afraid they may get problems to put so many diffrent witches into regular episodes later on.
Also, yet no hints on how the overall story will develop. Obviously, humanity is a good bet when it comes to winning, but I expect them to find out what the Neuroi are aswell as how father Miyafuji created the striker unit in that process.
And as always, more awesome Francesca Lucchini, althought nothing cuter than the sleeping-in-a-tree scene in this episode.
The preview for ep5 looks really promising in this aspect, thougth.
Also, there is a strike witches manga (Strike Witches Tenkuu no Otome-tachi) currently being scanlated slowly by Nobinobi Scans:

I really don't mind no pants :roll: . The story is good but it's a bit hard to swallow though, though then again all anime is like that nowadays... I'm gonna enjoy the nazi pilots' intros... lol

Recently finished this episode, the 'Ugh, ugh, I'm so weak and useless. /wrist' factor got up a bit too high for my tastes, but as long as there are panties, I'm not going to complain.
But one thing confused me, when Barkhorn made a flawless full-speed vertical take-off right after being healed - if the Striker Unit is capable of such a thing, whats up with those long runway starts? I wonder if this has anything to do with their magic consumption.
The next episode preview was cruel, I'm pretty close to nail biting right now.
