That dude killed a butler for no reason. I'd say he is evil. Either that or that Butler is just tied up somewhere and that was a hologram. Who the hell knows with this plotless crazy fan service stroy.

Well i guess you cant even expect some seriousness in a murder case in To-Love-Ru though i still like the chapter i think it would have been better if Celine didnt jump onto Black face

I think this chapter is awesome precisely because Celine jumped on Black's face and he even tries to act threatening still, which makes it even more hilarious because he can't even see with his eyes. This is a fanservice manga, so if it ever becomes serious, it will have failed it's intended purpose.

well fanservice is what make To Love-Ru intersting. the plot is good but i think 90% of guy like this fanservice lol.

Well in the past scene I got the impression of "Black Cat" once again (with the Organization being destroyed and such).
This manga keeps getting more interesting.

Hmmmm To Love-Ru without fanservice wouldn't be as funny as it is now tbh since Rito kinda hates the contact with girls^^.
