So things have turned out well and the case is closed.
This chapter just the ecchiness of To Love-Ru again ^_^.
This time not only Haruhi but also Black Cat references are used (like the cat feeding on the rooftop scene as well as the obvious Train character[as for Black Cat] and the fake murder incident [Haruhi]).

Well, as expected, the serious atmosphere was shot to hell as all ecchi-ness broke out. Whew! Crisis averted!

That was quite subtle...then again, it was To LOVE-Ru. I shouldn't have expected anything serious anyway. How silly of me.
But still that was pretty nice chapter overall. I think we'll get to see more of him in the chapters to come.
