Well from what I read there is gonna be an OVA of To Love-Ru it will be 3 dvd volumes the first is gonna be released with volume 13 of the manga on April 3rd 2009 here's the link for those who want to know.

Haruna told me about it a while ago, meaning that she will contribute to the family income once her salary comes in after the release of the OVA episodes. :D
Although I don't have a copy of the image I saw, Riko is supposedly featured, though his/her presence could possibly be a tease towards anime fans.
