Toradora anime?

So I was thinking of picking up this anime but it's 20+ episodes long and I'm not really a big fan of drama,I do like SOME but not too intense. I heard from my friend that Toradora! contains alot of drama and one can get quite emotional [he's a sucker for drama] .

And now I'm wondering should I watch this? Any opinions?

WATCH IT!! the story doesn't get much emotional until the later episodes. But trusts me it's really good( had me crying too). It's up to you though cuz it does have Alot of drama, so it depends if you really don't like drama.

Unexpected, funny, dramatic and real.

Watch it, doesn't matter of you a crybaby, we all are crybabies inside our little hearts when we watch some good anime.

I've never watched it myself, but from what I heard it's inferior to the manga (and the original novel, of course), which actually got me into Toradora. Apparently they made Taiga (first and so far only tsundere character I like, not despite her tsundere traits, but because of it) more into an ordinary tsundere.

Reminds me that I still need to read the novel...

The drama only really kicks in near the end, before then is just build up to that point. Also to the guy who heard it's not as good as the manga, that's a lie, the art is definitely better in the manga, but the story is exactly the same so it really doesn't matter, plus the manga isn't even close to being done yet. The novels are also exactly the same I would still recommend you read them thou as they are very good.

One of the best animes i've ever seen.

If you have the time, definitely watch it. It's a good mix of drama and comedy. Also Taiga is pretty awesome.

i definitively say you should watch all the drama is packed up towards the end but the beginning episodes only build it all up

Definitely watch Toradora, it's brilliant.

Toradora is one of the few drama series I actually enjoyed, its totally worth the watch.

I haven't watched Toradora but I have read all the released manga to date (35 chapters) and saw a video on youtube of it. I enjoyed the manga so much I am going to read all the LN's (which are translated) and watch the anime when I get free time. On that alone I recommend you go watch it.

I loved watching Toradora, it would be a anime to watch if you never have.
