I find this episode the most troubling by far, I'm sure anyone who has been following this series would feel the same. Those lingering questions are slowly surfacing yet there's still a few inches of separation away from realization.
I'd try to keep this short.
It's a relief to find out that Misaki's condition wasn't all that serious and simply needed some rest to completely recuperate from sleep deprivation. After she got out of the hospital, instead of sulking, she rather decided to forget about the recent events by focusing on Akira, which somewhat looked like she's only using as a cushion from her fall. Good for Akira perhaps...haha (poor guy)
News sure do travel fast, as what Yuki had announced in the previous episode has already been published in the papers. I really hated it how they had put it as Rina's fall! I just realized how much I implore all of those damn journalists, even in anime! :x
At the "music scene" side of things, everyone has been very busy preparing for the fast approaching concert events which are to be held at three different venues, all on the same date, I presume. Rina had every right to be frustrated with the developments concerning it, as what she had originally planned out simply fell apart, without even knowing anything about what her brother had cooked up behind her back. But as the strong-willed lady that I'd known her for, I knew that she wouldn't just give up on performing - although on one condition; :P Touya had to be her personal all-around guy. (Yuki did seem to form some suspicion upon hearing it)
Speaking of the devil, Touya was hanging around at the university cafeteria while unavoidably overhearing a couple of students gossip about the Thespian club - how it became a laughing stock (esp Tamaru) etc etc, which was funny of course, up until Misaki was dragged into it. Moments later, the "pimp actor" enters the scene with such a scary look on his face... as if he was gonna eat Touya alive just by his stare. (what a creep!) - he didn't really have to put on such a scary face cause he's so ugly that it already defies the purpose of doing so. As that bastard slowly approached Touya, out of nowhere, Haruka calls out on him thus she became the Goddess of the day. :) They chatted for awhile which I found most enjoyable in this episode. It was also amusing how it ended, when she just disappeared right after mentioning about the talk she had with Yuki, when he wasn't completely paying attention.
A smile really suits Haruka best!
Moving on, along came Rina and they went to the usual place (Echoes) where it was most comfortable for them to talk. There did Touya find Misaki and Akira, who seemed to be having a very serious discussion. (let's leave the two lovebirds alone shall we?) So to the batcave we go; Where the other pair quite had an insightful talk which ended in Touya eventually accepting Rina's offer. (according to what Touya had mentioned here, RINA is definitely MY GODDESS) - I just couldn't say ONLY, for I have 4 other Goddesses... :P
Touya's work as a "personal attendant" came just as soon at Rina's prescon where she made a few announcements regarding her concert. As Misaki along with Akira and a number of students watched the broadcast, she caught a glimpse of Tamaru around the corner staring at her in such a weird and very annoying(for me) manner. That pimp is really starting to get on my nerve! :x (or it could be that Misaki was merely being paranoid) Anyway, as long as she sticks close to Akira, I don't think that bastard can do anything to her. (honestly, it sure did bother me) God, that bastard's face sure was creepy, and not to forget, Ugly!
Another thing that annoyed me was those bitches acting so high and mighty about the upcoming concert and all. I hated the cocky grin on their faces most importantly when they disrespected Rina, talking to her like she's a relic of the past; as if they've already won the "contest" which hasn't even started yet. However confident they were, I did wonder about their manager's "unsatisfied" expression after making some calculations; with relation to what Eiji had mentioned later on, about "a number of mobilized spectators." Well, whatever that is, what matters most was Rina's eagerness to reclaim her spot at the top.
When Yuki began with the choreography lessons, Yayoi meanwhile, was at the office sorting out some documents when she yet again found another letter on her table (which she ignored) when the phone suddenly rang which startled her. Now we learn that it was Rina's former manager, Hiiragi who's responsible for all those letters and random phonecalls. And it was quite disturbing, really, as if he was just by the window, peeping in... She was really freaked out at that time but still managed to keep her calm and asked him to stop, then decided to let him hear it while she tore his letter to shreds and disposed it by the waste can, (which she had mistaken for Yuki's letter due to undoubted fear of the moment...) then hung up.
Apparently, Rina came in moments later where she wrote a letter to Yuki, when she accidentally noticed Touya's name written on a part of the torn letter. She picked up the pieces, which she later on assembled and read. The content wasn't entirely shown (only parts of a few sentences) which made it vague for us viewers. After reading it, Rina started to tear up saying that it's already too late...
Yayoi was seen next with Touya, upon seeking comfort with regards to her "stalker" matters. I never would have imagined to see her in such a helpless state, which wasn't really that surprising since people like her who acts tough on the outside tends to be the other way around deep down inside. It was priceless nonetheless. (and to think that Touya did figure out her true nature) But it was rather too late when she realized that she had mixed up the letters. *sigh*
...
There's still so many issues that has yet to be resolved! (3eps left)
I'm already having mixed emotions...
Feel free to discuss... it feels so lonely when I'm the only one who's sharing my personal insights and feelings. (pardon me though for having such a roundabout manner of summarizing) - it's a habit that grew on me over the years. I also probably haven't said everything that's on my mind, since it's not that easy to discuss everything by myself. Thus any help that I could get shall be much welcomed and appreciated. :D
and speaking of which, how was Touya's father who seemed to had suffered a heart stroke? (is he dead yet) - jk
