Best Program to Read Manga & Doujin on PC?

Which Program would you recommend? currently I am using Windows Photo Viewer. Plan to buy 6-7 Mangas right now but reading them through Windows Photo Viewer will be pain in the ass..

I adore Manga and I have a lot of reasons for this.Manga appeals to those - like me - who prefer to read rather than watching something on television or a computer screen.
I like to indulge in the realms of my imagination rather than my senses.
In between the black and white spaces of the panels, I like to fill in the colors of the environment, the clothing, and everything in between.I like to guess what each character’s voice might sound like (until I watch the series, that is).I appreciate the many different drawing styles used by individual artists. Each has their own technique and I enjoy discovering new titles.I love both anime and manga equally, but books are my friends. Anyway when I watch anime, I do it on Web Page Name so if you want a good site, just use it.
