I don't usually ask people to email me directly for feedback (because I suck at checking my personal email lol don't tell anyone) but also usually because the feedback I mainly get is people asking for specific titles from specific artists. I don't get a ton of actionable feedback that I can look into, but I'd like to. If you have any, please let me know. I can't promise to fix things, but I can definitely listen, share your feedback with leadership, and see how I can repair your faith in our company - at least a little bit!
