Upgrading to Physical from Digital Books

If I have a digital book, can I pay the difference to get a physical one? I don't want to have to pay the full $20.

After buying the paperback version ($20) directly from FAKKU, send a support ticket with both of the order numbers to get a refund for the digital version.
Right now it takes quite a while to receive a response from support tickets, though.
