Anyone know where I can find a cosplay commisioner?

You know, one of those people who can either make or help you make a cosplay for the right price. I'm looking to do Draven from League of Legends for next years con but have no earthly idea where to start or who could help me. I know the basic sites I could use, but some one on one advice would be preferable.

I personally use Cosplayfu when I need something made. I don't know if they are able to create something like draven, however. It wouldn't hurt to ask, when you commission they always send you a photo of it made for you to decide if you like it or not. May be worth a shot.
