A question about broken downloads

I've looked at the FAQ area and sticky threads but I didn't find anything pertaining to this particular question, but I'm sure 100's of people ask it, but I wasn't sure where I'd be able to find such answers, so I thought I'd ask. Hopefully it doesn't cause any trouble asking.
Well, recently, I've been going through old H manga that are organized by the manga by artist lists, and been searching for new content.
While I've been looking around, it seems like a lot of the old H manga are unavailable for download from the Fakku server, and those ones also have no alternative download links to go to. Every time I click on a Fakku download link, I end up downloading a 0byte size winrar file that has nothing in it.
I tried reporting the broken links via the report buttons next to the links, but that doesn't seem to work, I think (or at least, I haven't seen any of the ones I reported fixed yet).
What do I have to do to get those to work, or are those just never going to work?
Update Edit: While most of the ones that I've attempted to download are still broken, some of them have been fixed. Maybe it might be a problem on my end or something of the sort, or maybe I was attempting to download them at the wrong time. I'm not 100% sure.

How bout posting links to those that are broken cause in a way it seems like its partially a request for those you want and something needing to be fixxed. Plus Jacobs been busy so obviously he's taking his time.

Oh! Well, it seems like now that I've revisited them again for a 3rd and 4th time, it seems that most of them do work now. But now that means it's probably a problem on my side.
There's an example of one of those that didn't work at first, but then did work after a couple revisits. Hajimari no Sasayaki
Like, these don't work if I repeatedly attempt to re-download them, but if I come back to them after about 2 days or 3, they'll start to work for some reason.
Does anyone know why this problem would keep reoccuring?
