chapter release priority?

is there anything like that? maybe it depends on when the artist submits his/her uncensored chapter draft? or just the fakku team's personal preferences? cause i saw you published a chapter from the february 2022 issue of comic kairakuten while the january issue is still missing chapters (like the one from yahiro pochi).

if this is normal and i just missed it in the past, then please forgive my ignorance.
