collections all wonky?

having problems with my collection tabs again. the cover art for each folder in my collections are gone, plus i now have some folders saying that there is no content. i open up the folder and luckily my saves are still intact. i had this problem before with the missing art before and it got fixed but it is back again. what's going on?

this has nothing to do with content. usually when you open the collection tab you get a screen with images representing the collection folders. the image thumbnail that represents the folder is nothing but a placeholder/ no content box. jacob had fixed this exact same problem a few months back. it was fine and then this happens again

Yeah I'm having the same problem, made a collection and can't get any cover art to show up.

what's going on with my problem? i get a response from someone who did not read what the problem was about, get flagged for negative reputation for responding, and then no feedback for 3 days. you guys were more on the ball the last time this happened.

I see what you're saying, it's doing it to mine too. A lot of stuff is going to roll out soon and our devs are really tied up. I'll let them know but I can't promise an immediate fix. Sorry for the lack of a response initially.

Until the subscriptions are rolled out I don't think you'll see any change with it, but I could be wrong. There's a lot of prep that's having to go with the subscriptions and we're about to have beta testers test it out.
The collections still work, you can click on the link and see your list of items in the collections. It's just not pretty at the moment. I did let our devs know though and they do have it on their to-do list.
