Comment votes, and Notifications

I've noticed recently the comment upvotes, and downvotes in a comment thread on a chapter release don't match up with the notifications for me. For example, I'll notice at times I have received two upvotes on my comment on a specific chapter, but nothing registered in my notifications. Same goes with downvotes. Don't know if a bug is giving me random up, and downvotes, or if the notifications just isn't functioning properly. Not a big deal, but thought I'd point that out.

We actually just fixed this today! And everyones comment rep is slightly off so we'll be fixing that possibly over the weekend
