I am only getting e-mails for PMs but not for replies to topic. Is this happening to other people? I really relied on this feature, a lot.

That feature has been down for a while. I didn't rely on it to a great extent, but it was still nice to know when someone replied somewhere. Of course, you could just try remembering where you posted or check the Find all Posts part of your profile if you can't remember some.
