"Error Message" when trying to see Chiba Toshirou's page

When you try to access Chiba Toshirou's page, you get an empty page with the message: "There was a problem. This content does not exist".

Should be fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.

Just found the links to their social media: Twitter, Pixiv, PixivFANBOX.

Seems to be legit but can't tell for sure.
