Errors with posting

Every couple times I try to post on a topic,
it gives me the "internet explorer can not display this web page" note.
and I have to go back, refresh, and usually type everything I had just typed again.
Has anyone else been having this problem?
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

the cause is because of the high amounts of traffic/people coming into
FAKKU! and the server gets slow. ;o

Well, thanks for your help.

A solution not very amazing, would be to use a different browser. I don't know about IE, but with Firefox, Opera, Dillo, Chrome, Safari, etc you can just hit the back button upon timing out and all your post content will still be there.
