[Locked] Fakku! going legal and stuff

Hello,
I just recently read that Fakku! is going fully legal soon and ALL the accumulated content over the years is going to be wastefully thrown away, for the sake of being able to sell books and possibly cooperate with Japanese companies.
I understand and respect that, but the waste of content is just too high.
Couldn't Fakku! be like, separated into two sites, one official and one with the non-official content?
There should be something that could be done, right?

That would be super hypocritical and underhanded way of doing things, I would be against doing it that way.
It's not like the content that's being removed isn't already on every other hentai site either.

I don't think they can.
These are the terms they're being offered by the people in Japan--if they want to be able to release stuff in the U.S., they have to get rid of the unlicensed stuff. They can't have it both ways.
Having a secondary site would still count against them, as once it was traced back to them it could ruin their business deals. It's just not worth it.
