FBI Scam "This browser has been locked" popup appeared.

So far it doesn't seem to be a virus, but be careful. Just reporting it.

The ad claims to lock your computer's browser because of "child pornography" found on your PC... which is bogus as it tries to get you to pay ransom.

The FBI don't need ransom to crack down on that sort of thing (and Fakku doesn't do child porn anyway *innocent eyes*).

It's most likely a problem in your end.

I'll take a look and see if we have a bad advertisement somewhere, thanks for pointing this out.

I like how what makes it bogus is the ransom, not the child pornography itself.
